Steps to Download Your Resources Once Purchased
- Once your payment is completed, you will be redirected to the Teacha! Resources account where your products will be automatically available for download.
- A download link will also be sent to the email address provided in the ‘Billing Details’ form.
How to Find and Access Previously Downloaded Resources on Teacha
- Log into your Teacha! account.
- From your ‘Dashboard’ click the ‘Orders’ tab on the left. From your orders, either click the relevant order number or 'View.'
- Under ‘Download,' click the resource attachment that you would like to download.
- If you have already downloaded your resources, click the ‘Downloads’ tab on the left and click on the download button.
- The file will download to the ‘Downloads’ folder on your computer.
- Ensure the file is fully downloaded before opening it to avoid corruption.
Troubleshooting Download Issues
If you haven’t received your order yet, please check the following:
Check Spam Folder: If you haven’t received an email with the download link, check your spam folder and add shop@teachingresources.co.za to your contacts.
EFT Payment: If you made an EFT payment, ensure you sent your proof of payment to orders@snapplify.com.
Payment Confirmation: If you’ve received payment confirmation but still can’t access your download, email orders@snapplify.com with your proof of payment for assistance.
