Congratulations! You have purchased a webinar and are preparing to attend but you're wondering where to find that information.


There are two places you can find your joining information:


Option A: On the webinar page


This is relevant for people who have bought an individual ticket for a webinar whilst signed into Teacha! Inspire.
  1. Make sure that you are logged into Teacha! Inspire. You will know that you are in if you can see your name in the top right-hand corner of the menu.
  2. Navigate to the webinar you have purchased the ticket for. You can start by looking in the Webinar tab.
  3. Scroll down to see a "Join here" button with the Zoom details next to it. You'll also have the option to "Add to calendar."

 

Option B: In the webinar confirmation email


This is relevant for all people who have purchased access to a webinar.


When you register for or purchase a webinar ticket, you will receive an email from Teacha! Inspire. The subject will be "Your ticket from Teacha! Inspire". In it you will find the Zoom joining information. If you click on the link, it will take you to the webinar. Your email should look something like this:


Webinar access usually opens 15 minutes before it is due to begin.
